These terms and conditions apply both to those who contribute to the
Site,
and also to those who make use of information on the Site.
If you do not accept
these conditions, then you should not use the Site.
For those who wish to view and use information on this Site
- All information on this Site is copyright. The ownership of copyright of
contributed content is with the contributor or a
third party, having given permission to the
contributor, unless indicated otherwise. All
other information on the Site is copyright OnePageWeb.
- You may not copy, print or use any information on the Site without
permission from OnePageWeb, except that
you may do so for personal non-commercial use only.
- If you believe that any material is unsuitable for your children, then you
are responsible for preventing their viewing it.
- Where advice is given on the Site on any professional matter (eg.
financial, medical, educational, legal), either by OnePageWeb or by those who have submitted information, no warranties are given with
respect to this advice. It is expected and assumed that the advice will be
checked, by the person reading it, with an appropriate and independent
professional, before any action is taken.
- We are not responsible for the content submitted, or for views expressed
in this content, and we disclaim any and all liability arising from the

What information you may place on the Site and your responsibilities
- If you submit anything for inclusion at this Site, you should only do so
if it is your own creation, or else you have the full permission of the
copyright owner, and it does not infringe the copyright or trademarks of
others. If you wish to include material whose copyright belongs to others,
then it must be clearly indicated as such.
- You commit that any personal information about yourself or others that you
place on the Site respects privacy, and does not breach any laws concerning
disclosure of personal information.
- You accept full responsibility for the content that you submit, in
particular with respect to libel or to infringement of the law.
- To create or update material on the Site requires a valid email address. You agree to tell us (using

details. You are not obliged to include any of this information in your
displayed information. Email addresses will be used by us solely for contacting
you regarding the Site, and will not be disclosed to other companies. - You may place links to 'associate' programmes, or similar links,
whereby commission is earned, except for programmes identified by OnePageWeb. These latter programmes
include those used by wotnext to help fund this Site, which at present are Google adsense.
- You agree not to submit duplicate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your own secure copy of information
submitted, as we do not maintain backup copies of submitted information.
- You agree to indemnify OnePageWeb if
your actions lead to claims and expenses, including (but not limited to)
breach of copyright, or submission of libelous or unlawful content.
- Having submitted material, you agree to reviewing it periodically to keep it up to
date, and to remove any offensive content if requested. OnePageWeb reserves the right to rename any
page, and to allow creation of other pages with similar content.
Our editorial policy
- When we get your material as a Word or other document, we convert to web page
format, do some spell checking, and if appropriate edit or reformat in the
process. We also add metadata to help search engines find the page.
- We will adapt your proposed title if necessary, eg. to avoid conflict with an
existing page, or to make it more accessible to search engines.

- We reserve the right to edit or delete existing material, and to rename it, without any obligation on our part to give reasons for our actions. We
offer no commitment to maintain the information on the Site.
- Material that is likely to be seen as offensive, or a misuse of the Site,
will be rejected, at the sole definition and discretion of OnePageWeb.
This includes, but is not limited to, software piracy, copyright or
trademark infringement, racism, or infringement of personal privacy. Where
the law has been broken, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities,
and will pass on any and all relevant information.
- Your document can be as large as you wish, within reason! If necessary we will
reduce the storage taken by large images.
- We reserve the right to add advertising material at any place in the Site,
adjacent to content provided by you.
- At any time, you can email a replacement document for your page, and we will
endeavour to make the replacement within 2 or 3 days.
- If you later on establish another site, then let us know and we can change
your page to forward to your new site, so that you don't lose existing links
from elsewhere.

Our responsibilities at OnePageWeb
- We try our best not to make mistakes, but we are not infallible. We will
fix mistakes if you inform us, using

consequences.
- If material has been placed on the Site that appears to contravene our
policy, then we wish to be informed of this through

investigated, but any action will be at our sole discretion. We may or may
not contact the person who submitted the material before making any
decision.
- Similarly we gather and present advice from many sources, and it is
impossible to verify it all, so we can't be held liable for advice given in
these pages.
- We provide the facilities for others to use, but we give no guarantees or
warranties of any kind as to (1) maintaining or backing up these facilities,
(2) the nature of these facilities, or (3) the use that is made of these
facilities. We accept no liabilities due to the provision of these
facilities, or to the consequences of their use by others, and we accept no
claim for damages in any respect, including, but not limited to, loss of
information, misuse of the Site with inappropriate content, or
incorrect/inappropriate advice/comments.
General
- From time to time these terms and conditions will be amended. In using the Site,
and in
submitting information to the Site, you accept such changes, and commit to
periodically checking the terms and conditions.
- Any statements in these terms and conditions that refer to OnePageWeb also are taken as referring to the owner of the Site, FMC Ltd.

- By 'we' and 'our' we mean OnePageWeb.
- The laws of England are those applicable to this Site, but
contributors in other
countries are required to honour the laws of their country also.
