Hints and Guidance for your One-Page Website
- Use Word or a similar word processor to create your page.
- You can set up a website for a small business, a local organization or
group, a church, or even for a hobby or interest where you want a free
website. You can be in the USA, the UK, or anywhere!
- You can design your page any way you want, but here are some suggestions.
- Put your business name or other heading in a large font at the top of the
page.
- Add some important details, eg where you are, what your site contains,
what your organization does, opening hours, etc.
- Insert a picture, but not one that is copyright!! A picture (or more than
one) makes your website more attractive.
- Be sure to include contact details, eg. address, email or phone, if you
want people to visit or get in touch.
